Pilot terms

This development build does not take payments. These are proposed pilot boundaries, not finalized commercial terms.

What the core supports.

Single-floor, rectangular-room apartments with up to ten spaces. Up to sixty photos, twenty MB each and 250 MB per draft. JPEG, PNG and WebP are supported now. HEIC conversion, PDF tracing and complex geometry require further validation before being offered.

Preview before you commit.

Create a private photo story or a confirmed layout walkthrough. The documented $49 / 90-day offer is a pricing hypothesis. Final prices, edit quotas, correction/refund policy, support, retention and renewal terms must be agreed before a paid launch. There is no automatic renewal in this build.

Authority and accurate claims.

Publish only when you have the necessary listing and media rights. Confirm the facts and layout; disclose estimates and missing source views. A seller confirmation is not an independent survey, inspection or legal assurance.
